H&J provided electrical engineering and lighting design for this 3 level LEED CI mall in downtown Calgary which included 567,000 square feet of gross leasable area. The development included properties on three separate city blocks joined together by above grade building connections and a continuous frameless glass skylight. To allow for the interconnection of three separate buildings, H&J developed a fire alarm sequence to meet the requirements of the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
