Construction of a new, 570,000 sqft state of the art automated storage distribution center including approximately 20,000 sqft of administration and supporting office space. This warehouse consisted of 80’ clear ceiling facility utilizes energy efficient LED fixtures throughout the interior and exterior of the facility. H&J electrical and mechanical engineering included customer-owned medium voltage transformers and switchgear, HVAC , plumbing, dimmable site and warehouse lighting and approximately 4.5 MW of electrical vehicle charging.
